Class Etiquette

• Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. Classes start on time.

• Latecomers are permitted up to 10minutes past the scheduled class time.

• Cell phone use is not permitted in the classroom. Please turn off all cell phones or silence your cell phone prior to entering the classroom.

• For new students and those new to yoga, it is recommended that you practice yoga on an empty stomach (at least 1-2 hours after a light meal).

• If you are a new student, please introduce yourself to the teacher prior to the start of class and let them know how long you have been practicing, and if you have any injuries.

• Come to class prepared to workout in comfortable clothing and barefoot.

• If you need to leave the classroom for any reason, please try to do so when students are in a resting position or basic posture, but before commencement of Final Relaxation. Leave quietly so that you do not disturb or distract the other students.

• Do not talk during class, as it may be disturbing to others as well as the teacher. Remember that the atmosphere of the classroom is a meditative one and is encouraged while practicing yoga.

• Do not compete with or compare yourself to other students or the teacher. Everyone learns at a different pace and your body will tell you what is most appropriate for you.

• Please ask for help at anytime during the class, the teacher is there to assist you.

• Above all, please be respectful and considerate of the other students in the classroom and extend the same courtesy to yourself.

Policies

• For private sessions, pre payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

• Private sessions

• 1 private session expires after one month.

• 5 private session packages expire after two months.

• 10 private session packages expire after four months.

• Cash and Credit/Debit cards(Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are all acceptable forms of payment.

• All sales are final.

• Class cards are non-transferable and have expiration dates.
